Cancellation Policy
We have a very strict cancellation policy in place. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice (not including the day of your appointment) is required for any changes or cancellations. Any changes made within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service, and changes made within 24 hours will be charged at 100% of the service. Please note that fees may vary and are subject to your stylist’s discretion.
Product Return Policy
All product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective. Defective products must be returned within 14 days of purchase for review and replacement.
No Children Policy
We love children, but to maintain a safe and relaxing environment for all of our guests, we kindly ask that little ones not accompany you to your appointment unless they are scheduled for a service. This allows you to fully enjoy your “me time” and ensures the best experience for everyone in the salon.

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive appointment reminders, confirmations, and occasional updates from Desert Strands LLC. Your information will only be used for salon-related communication and will never be shared or sold to third parties. Message frequency may vary, and standard message and data rates may apply.
