Thank you so much for considering Desert Strands for all your hair needs. We are looking forward to meeting with

you. Here at Desert Strands we have a strict cancellation policy.

We understand life comes up things happen. In order to protect our stylists time we require notice to reschedule
or cancel any appointment. Anything after 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service, anything after 24 hours or you no call no show the stylist you will be charged 100% of the service.
At the time of booking you will be required to put a card on file to secure your appointment.
